Mystery Day Spa Consulting
Another side to my business is to send in outside spa consultants. Their job is to come in undetected to your day spa and check to see if your staff are performing well and to make sure everything is running in a professional manner. My staff are consulted well before they attend your day spa and are given lengthy evaluation forms to fill out which I then evaluate. After my evaluation I will give you a full written report on the day spa and staff activities.
