Do you want a relaxing session that will help you to take control of your life?
Guided Imagery Meditation is the same as a Relaxation session with the exception of the wording. These sessions are a great option for anyone starting out who needs a little guidance. Guided Imagery Meditation can be for the beginner right up to people who have been meditating for years. These sessions are beneficial as they take you on the journey rather than you having to come up with your own relaxation technique. Having someone else take you to a place of peace and harmony will certainly help you to be on your way to experience total relaxation.
A Guided Imagery Session can be a different experience each time giving you the opportunity to be mesmerized through some balancing and healing through the body, mind and spirit.
Your session will begin with breath control to relax your body and mind, you will be guided through your breath to take in relaxed thoughts and feelings while eliminating stress and tension and negativity. You will continue to be taken on a journey of guided imagery which may take you to a beach, a garden or even floating down a river on a raft. As you are on this journey you will feel the stress and tension leaving your body with each breath that you take. Your breath control will be more relaxed and your muscles will start to unwind and feel comfortable. Your stress and tension will be left behind through foot prints, clouds or petals. Feel the waves from the ocean rolling over your feet to bring in positive awareness, confidence and motivation. Feel the warmth of the sun as it penetrates onto your face and through your body. Feel the relaxation cleanse and balance you, giving you energy, circulation, strength and power, all of these things will leave you feeling alive and important.
Some sessions may include, singing bowls, tibetan bells, drums, crystals, mantras and or being guided through the chakras of the body and what they represent. During these sessions we can work on our own individual ailments or improvements with the use of universal energy and chakras which represent all parts of the body and emotional issues. Cleansing and eliminating negative thoughts and feelings, pain and or illness will be some of the issues that we will work through to help clear them from the body, mind and spirit.
For further relaxation you can be taken further on your journey with a Vanuatu Deep Relaxation session.
Group morning or afternoon classes will include tea and coffee.
For private sessions you can choose your journey theme and what you would like to improve on to enhance your well-being.
