A relaxing meditation session will help you to take control of your life.

Vanuatu Meditation sessions will help you to bring peace and harmony within yourself and for those around you. Meditation has been around for centuries and has proven to be one of the most beneficial practises for any type of stress and tension, for eliminating ailments, medical illnesses and diseases. It can help you to improve almost any area of your life given the right knowledge and guidance. It has been shown that even a few minutes a day can make a dramatic difference, finding that inner peace if only for a short while will be a valuable asset to you.

In these sessions you will focus on many varied and unique experiences which will make it an individual pathway to enlightenment.

A general class format will begin with an affirmation or mantra one that you can choose yourself or from the ‘Anahata Pot’. This will give you something to focus on during certain times through out the class. Breath control is an important element to relaxing the mind and body so in each session we will go through a few varied exercises to enhance your awareness. We will focus on an object and look at each individual detail of that object, this will keep the mind focussed and not distracted by outside thoughts and emotions. Some of these simple techniques can make a difference to the way we think and how to release our mind from outside negative reflections.

We will begin to relax our breathing focussing on our breath and how the energy works through our body releasing stress and negativity. Word association can also be an important element to meditation, how we choose our words can help our ability to achieve our goals.

Meditation sessions can be continued with a guided imagery meditation as below.

This section can be added to your Vanuatu meditation session, Guided Imagery Meditation where you will be taken to a place of peace and harmony in a safe environment. Every session will be a different experience giving you the opportunity to relax and be mesmerized through some balancing and healing through the body, mind and spirit. Some sessions may include, singing bowls, tibetan bells, drums, crystals, mantras and or being guided through the chakras of the body and what they represent.  During these sessions we can work on our own individual ailments or improvements with the use of universal energy and chakras which represent all parts of the body and emotional issues. Cleansing and eliminating negative thoughts and feelings, pain and or illness will be some of the issues that we can work through to help clear them from the body, mind and spirit.

For groups; a final discussion will be an amazing experience as we all have different interpretations of what we have experienced.

For individuals your session can be for general stress management or it can be to focus on things that are important for you to achieve.

Group morning or afternoon classes will include tea and coffee.
