FOR THE BODY

EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION (One on One Session Only)

Exercise Prescription is a personal session to help you to gain control of any injury, post-surgery, muscular ailment or other related issues that may stop you from being able to enjoy your quality of life. Your exercise program will be designed specifically for you and your needs. Your program will help you to improve on mobility, strength and flexibility. These sessions are very beneficial for those that are wanting to gain confidence in exercise without having to go to a group class.

PERSONAL TRAINING (60 Minutes)

Personal Training is usually a one on one session for individuals but it can also be beneficial and a fun way for a few friends or work colleagues to combine a session making it your own workout. We use what we have in our surroundings to form exercises such as a park bench, chairs and or stairs which are very useful tools for a variety of exercises. These sessions can be for any level of fitness and specific to your needs.

DANCE (60 Minutes)

These fun classes will have you moving and grooving to the beat. A combination of movements that will help you to become creative with your body, moving to the rhythm and become the dancer you have always wanted to be. There is no need for experience; these classes will teach you all the basic techniques to help you gain confidence when you are on the dance floor. A fun and exhilarating class filled with plenty of different moves including Latin, Zumba, Jazz Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Bollywood and much more. For a private lesson you can choose your own style of dance as the class will be modified to your desire. These classes will give you a great workout, help you to tone, strengthen and improve flexibility while listening to some great music.

AEROBIC / FITNESS CLASSES (45 – 60 Minutes)

There are a variety of fitness classes to choose from for your own group or private lesson. Low Impact, High Impact, TTB (Tummy’s, thighs and butts), Zumba, Kick Boxing, Stretch and Balance, or even a Boot Camp can be arranged for the more adventurous. All levels of fitness are catered for, now all you need to do is choose the one that inspires you the most!

SHADOW BOXING (45 – 60 Minutes)

Shadow boxing is a great workout for the whole body and mind; it helps to keep your reflexes fast and is a great option for toning, strengthening and flexibility. A combination of punching and kicking moves, gain confidence and learn how to punch and kick correctly, similar to boxing and martial arts techniques. Shadow boxing is a class with the use of no equipment so this means there are no strenuous moves, but a great aerobic workout!

KICK BOXING (45 – 60 Minutes)

A kick boxing class is similar to that of a shadow boxing class except for the added extras of the use of equipment such as punch and kick bags. This means you will put in much more effort than a normal fitness class and benefit aerobically, physically and mentally. In a kick boxing class you will learn how to punch and kick correctly so you can gain confidence and strength.

POWER WALKING (45 – 60 Minutes)

Have you ever wondered how people can walk so fast? Well this could be the perfect opportunity to learn how to walk fast and at the same time help to improve your overall fitness. Walking through the peaceful surroundings of your chosen resort or at Havannah Bay will inspire you to continue on your journey long after you have left our shores.

YIN/YANG (50 – 70 Minutes)  

In this passive and active yin / yang class you will get the opportunity to relax your way through some easy exercises to help you to stimulate your muscles, lymphatic and circulation systems. These easy moves will help awaken your body and mind as we start with relaxing breathing and work through a variety of poses. Classes are for all levels and can be modified to suit your needs. Based on a variety of yoga and pilates principles. Working on universal energy with passive and active poses.

FOR THE MIND

GUIDED IMAGERY MEDITATION & RELAXATION (45 Minutes) Cd’s are also available to purchase

Your Guided Imagery Meditation or Relaxation session will begin with breath control to relax and unwind, take in relaxed thoughts and feelings while eliminating stress and tension. You will continue to be taken on a journey of guided imagery which may take you to a beach, a garden or even floating down a river. As you are on this journey you will feel the stress and tension leaving your body with each breath that you take. Your breath control will be more relaxed and your whole body will start to unwind. Your stress and tension will be left behind in your foot prints. Waves from the ocean rolling over your feet will bring in positive awareness, confidence and motivation. Feel the warmth of the sun on your face and through your body giving you energy, circulation, power and strength which will leave you feeling alive and important. Finish your session feeling completely relaxed!

DEEP RELAXATION (60 Minutes) Cd’s are also available for purchase

Deep Relaxation is similar to a hypnotherapy session and can be very beneficial to help alleviate many ailments. These sessions can be useful to help improve stress management, confidence, positive awareness, success, achieve your goals and help to reduce bad habits such as smoking, fear, anger, sleeping disorders and many other ailments. A deep relaxation session is similar to that of a relaxation. The guided imagery is much the same but the difference is in the approach as we work more thoroughly with the sub conscious mind. As the subconscious mind hears the repeated words and phrases it will take in the information to believe and achieve. A relaxing and rewarding experience.

MEDITATION (60 or 90 Minutes)

Meditation sessions are a great option for anyone who wants to find peace and harmony within.

Have you ever tried to meditate before and not succeeded? Many of us have tried to meditate and then give up because they find it too hard to concentrate. These sessions will take you through step by step using a variety of breath control techniques, word association, object focusing and a guided imagery journey. A range of active and passive methods can help you to improve positive awareness, stress management, reduce pain, and to cope better with daily tasks. You do not need to have any experience in meditation to do these sessions all you need is a desire to improve your overall well-being and to want to have the ability to decrease your stress and anxiety levels and to have peace and harmony within.

BREATH CONTROL (45 Minutes)

Breath control can be extremely beneficial in times during our life; it can help us to manage pain, anxiety, fear panic attacks and many other areas of physical and mental pressures. In these sessions we will learn a variety of breath control techniques to help you to de-stress and manage better with daily living. Help reduce blood pressure, improve your health by having a better digestive and immune system. There are so many benefits using our breath and it is never too late to learn. Some of these easy active and passive techniques will lead you down a better path of well-being.

STRESS MANAGEMENT (From 60 minutes)

A Stress Management session is a combination of breath control, word association, focusing on objects, using all of our senses to help awareness. Your session will begin with a discussion on stress, and how it affects the body and mind. By understanding what stress is and what are the things that stress us we can work towards eliminating them and learn how to control them. This can be extremely beneficial for anyone who struggles with stress and or anxiety. Gain control and lead a much more peaceful and stress free life.

GUIDED MEDITATION WALK (From 60 minutes)

Guided Meditation Walk is a class designed to make you aware of your surroundings. In a general meditation or relaxation class you will sit or lie down and be guided and taken to a place in your mind. In a guided meditation walk class we go to a place for example on the beach and walk along the sand. We visualize and experience with all of our senses to make them sharpen to our surroundings. A wonderful experience to awaken your body and mind!
